Download a document

During the review process, you can download native or image documents to open in a different application. You can download a native file up to 1 GB in size. To download larger files, include them as part of an export or production. In addition, in the Viewer you can download any size audio and video files within the Player.

In addition to the original images, through Desktop Client, you can upload other source image set (additional image set), such as production images or redacted images. For more information about Desktop Client, refer to Desktop Client Help.

Perform the following procedure to download a document.

  1. From the Project page, select .
  2. Select a document in the list. The Docked Viewer appears on the right side of the Review grid.

  3. In the Docked Viewer, perform one of the following actions:

    • To download the native document, in the Toolbox, click .

    • To download an image document, do the following actions:

      1. At the bottom of the viewer, click IMAGE. The system displays the original image by default.

        • To download a produced image or an additional image set that you uploaded through Desktop Client, click IMAGE and then select a production name or additional image set name.

      2. In the Toolbox, click .

  4. When the downloaded file name appears at the bottom of the browser, you can click the file to open it in a new tab in the browser.

    • When you download the original image or additional image set that you loaded as multiple single page images, a Print dialog box appears if you click in the IMAGE viewer. When that occurs, complete the options in the dialog box and then click Print.
